Home away from Home: Hospitality leading the way in PBSA
We invite you to join our regional sessions to explore the future of living, working and learning in various local contexts across Europe together with us. The sessions will consist of 2 panels, exploring the most current and relevant local developments as well as the national PBSA market of each country we visit.
The aim of the sessions is to shape the knowledge ecosystem in which cities, universities and the real estate industry cooperate to make student living efficient, international, and welcoming. Human capital and talent attraction are the driving force behind urban advancement in a competitive climate with growing disparities and pressure on our education systems. These discussions are as imperative as ever before as the student living market is maturing in countries such as the UK, while only just emerging in Central and Eastern Europe.
Themes and questions that were discussed last year included the urgency of international talent attraction, a growing need for modern housing typologies amongst our youngest cohorts of talent and the co-revolution as a natural progression for the student living sector.
